Hey @Andy Galuski, The Saved Search you are trying to edit came from a Bundle and was locked. Now that Bundle's source account is inactive, you can't get rid of this Saved Search yourself. …1 -

Is everything working correctly when they do the same operation on a laptop? You can ask them to open a support case and see if NetSuite can troubleshoot it.2
